1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering with ADAPT Academy Mountain State, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Eligibility

Athletes must meet age requirements specified for each program.

Parents/guardians must provide consent for minors.

3. Registration & Payment

Registration is confirmed only upon receipt of payment.

Fees are non‑refundable unless the program is canceled by ADAPT Academy Mountain State.

Discounts or promotions must be applied at the time of registration.

4. Refunds & Cancellations

Refunds are only issued if ADAPT Academy Mountain State cancels a program. Credits may be offered for missed sessions at the academy’s discretion.

5. Athlete Conduct

Athletes must uphold respect, discipline, and sportsmanship.

ADAPT Academy Mountain State reserves the right to suspend or remove athletes for misconduct.

6. Liability Waiver

Participation involves inherent risks. Parents/guardians acknowledge and accept these risks. ADAPT Academy Mountain State is not liable for injuries except where required by law.

7. Medical Disclaimer

Training is not a substitute for medical advice. Families should consult a physician before participation.

8. Intellectual Property

All training materials, videos, and content are proprietary and may not be copied or redistributed without permission.

9. Program Changes

Schedules, locations, or program details may be modified. Families will be notified promptly.

10. Communications Consent

By registering, families consent to receive SMS/email updates. Opt‑out instructions are included in every message.

11. Force Majeure

ADAPT Academy Mountain State is not liable for delays or cancellations due to events beyond its control (e.g., weather, pandemics, government restrictions).

12. Indemnification

Families agree to indemnify and hold harmless ADAPT Academy Mountain State against claims arising from participation.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of West Virginia, United States. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Jefferson County, WV.
